A seasoned finance executive, Amr brings over two decades of experience in investment banking, corporate governance, and strategic leadership. As a Certified Public Accountant, he has held prominent roles including Chairman and Senior Executive Officer at Tejara Capital. He has also served on the boards of esteemed companies such as Aston Martin Lagonda and Investment Dar. Amr played a pivotal role in high-profile transactions, including the acquisition and IPO of Aston Martin. His expertise spans Sharia-compliant finance, cross-border investment, and complex financial structuring across global markets.

Amr Helmy

Amr Helmy, often called “The Godfather of Egyptian Design,” is a visionary known for redefining design through cultural revival and innovation. Since the 1980s, he’s pioneered approaches like the “7 years ahead” method, founded the Egyptian Designers Forum, and launched the Talent Academy to nurture young creatives. His groundbreaking concepts include democratic design retail (Designy), novel-based and narrative fusion design, and Egypt’s first innovation consultancy for businesses. With works like "Cairo 2200" and "The Egyptian Geisha," Helmy continues to fuse heritage with future-forward thinking, leaving a lasting mark on design in Egypt and beyond.

Samer El Waziry is an Egyptian finance executive with over 30 years of experience in corporate finance, strategic leadership, and operational excellence. He has held prominent roles in major companies, including serving as Chairman and Senior Executive Officer at Raya Holding, where he led significant restructuring and international expansion initiatives in the frozen foods sector. El Waziry also played a pivotal role in introducing international brands like Haneya, Lidia, and Barawa to the Egyptian market. His expertise extends to Sharia-compliant finance and complex financial structuring across global markets.
